If you're passionate about social care, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to meet residents' social, emotional, and practical needs. Collaborate with the team to create and follow individualized care plans. Encourage residents to participate in meaningful social activities. Observe and report changes in residents' health or behaviour. Keep accurate records in line with organizational policies. Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field. Experience with intellectual disabilities or complex needs is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, proactive, and dedicated to quality care. Garda Vetting clearance required.
