The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line. The role will interface at many levels and with various cross-functional teams across the company including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the product's success in the market.

What we can offer you:

1. The opportunity to identify opportunities to deliver value and positive outcomes to end-users and customers via product features.
2. The opportunity to consistently use operational and user research data to directly inform strategy and execution of product vision.
3. The opportunity to support the Product Management leadership in understanding the high-level opportunities on the product backlog that, when prioritized, deliver the most impactful and valuable features aligned with strategic goals.
4. The opportunity to present and maintain a roadmap distilling initiatives down into epic-level increments for aligned delivery team(s), proving lineage and clarity from OKRs down to sprint goals.
5. The opportunity to build the trust, respect and confidence with extended technical teams in terms of being able to articulate the ‘WHY’ behind the product backlog and showing them the vision.
6. The opportunity to clearly articulate and manage product requirements, through writing, breaking down and refining epics and user stories and acceptance criteria. Have a clear focus on always delivering business value.
7. The opportunity to drive decision making on solution options and trade-offs to consider in order to meet business needs.

The skills you bring:

1. Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to building a long-term vision for the product based on market trends, business goals, and technological advancements.
2. Business Acumen: Ability to stay informed about market trends and understand and apply business knowledge to drive departmental and organizational objectives.
3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to analyze data, understand metrics, and derive actionable insights. Proficient in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.
4. Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on user experience and customer satisfaction. Skilled in empathizing with users, understanding their needs, and translating those needs into product features.
5. Technical Proficiency: While not necessarily needing to be an expert in coding, having a solid understanding of the technologies and platforms relevant to data products is crucial. This includes familiarity with data analytics tools, databases, and potentially machine learning concepts.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product roadmap to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Achievements:

1. Ideally 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile/Scrum product development environment, but relevant projects, achievements, etc., will also be taken into consideration.
2. Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, both Traditional and Generative AI.
3. A track-record of product innovation changing the dynamics of an existing or emerging market.
4. SaaS delivery model experience is a must-have, in either B2B or B2C environments.
5. Can demonstrate how to develop plans by working from high-level strategic direction.
6. Experience in supporting product initiatives that are large scale in terms of target audiences & delivery venues (i.e. Microsoft), complexity of problems solved, scope of functionality offered, etc.
7. Expertise in analysing product data and synthesizing product plans based on that data.
8. Must have a strong bias for action i.e. you are pro-active in figuring out what problems to tackle and then execute on solving them.
9. Preferred experience building Data Products with exposure to complex data.
