About the Role AA Euro Group is proud to partner with one of Ireland’s leading residential developers to recruit a Document Controller for their Cork-based operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing, distributing, and maintaining project documentation to ensure smooth communication and compliance across large-scale residential developments.
Key Responsibilities Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Maintain document control systems, including registering, tracking, and archiving project documents.
Ensure up-to-date drawings, specifications, and technical documents are distributed to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to manage documentation workflows.
Implement and maintain document control procedures in line with ISO standards and company protocols.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and handover packages.
Provide training and support to project teams on document control systems and processes.
Requirements Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction or engineering sector (residential experience desirable).
Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint, or similar platforms).
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across project teams.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ISO standards in construction documentation.
