Summary

We are currently looking to hire a T-shaped Solution Architect to support the design and solutions in the non-financial risk (NFR) domain. The role requires someone who can operate confidently across business and technology teams, contribute to design governance, and support delivery from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

- Lead creation of high-level and support low-level solution designs across Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) application, integration, and data layers.

- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.

- Collaborate with BAs, developers, testers, PMs, and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery alignment.

- Present designs in governance and design ceremonies.

- Support integration and data flow design across operational and analytical systems.

Must-Have Experience

- Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Naturally curious and able to independently research and explore solutions

- Proven ability to work across business and technology teams.

- Experience producing HLDs and supporting LLDs.

- Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks and governance.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have Experience

- Exposure to non-financial risk, compliance, or GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC).

- Experience with domain or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

- Understanding of data lineage, exception-based reporting, and materiality logic.
