Our manufacturing client is hiring a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis in Kerry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

- Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees.
- Prepare payroll and related management reports as required.
- Maintain and update records in Payroll and Time Management systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Irish tax and employment legislation.
- Provide support to the accounts department, including data entry, purchase order processing.
- Carry out general office administration; reception/telephone duties, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems.
- IPASS qualification
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
- Proactive work ethic with the ability to identify and implement solutions effectively
