Overview Job Title: Coffee Shop Manager
Employer: HP Corrigan Ltd
Location: Baldoyle, Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €34,881.60 per annum (based on a 40-hour working week)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, full-time, permanent. Shifts will include weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of our busy community coffee shop in Baldoyle.
Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee shop.
Train, supervise, and schedule staff.
Ensure a high standard of customer service.
Maintain health, safety, and food hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).
Engage with customers, including those with additional needs, in a respectful and supportive manner.
Manage stock, suppliers, and cost controls.
Support community engagement and ensure a welcoming environment for families, children, and pet-friendly visitors.
Qualifications & Skills Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years’ management/supervisory experience in hospitality.
Barista qualification and HACCP training desirable.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience engaging with customers with disabilities or special needs is an advantage.
