ProSource are seeking a highly experienced chartered or near-chartered Senior Civil Engineer to join one of Ireland's leading civil, structural and project management consultancies in their Dublin office. Youll bring proven experience across diverse sectors and work closely with leading private and public sector clients, combining technical excellence with strong communication skills to deliver meaningful and lasting impact. As a senior member of the team, youll play a key role in leading, mentoring, and inspiring others while developing both your leadership and commercial acumen. Role Be part of a diverse range of complex civil engineering projects, leveraging extensive experience in design and project delivery. Oversee and prepare civil engineering designs, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards. Guide engineers, technicians, and junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring high project standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to develop integrated and innovative design solutions. Represent the consultancy in client meetings, maintaining strong relationships and providing expert advice on design and project issues. Requirements Level 8 Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, or equivalent. 6+ years design consultancy experience. Chartered status with Engineers Ireland, or actively working to attain chartership. Excellent management and organisational skills. Knowledge of Civil3D and AutoCAD. Experience leading projects from pre-planning/feasibility to completion highly desirable. What's on offer?
