The Role The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a €30M residential development in Dublin, comprising multi-storey apartment blocks, associated infrastructure, and public realm works. You will oversee all site operations managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design and programme, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Lead and motivate the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards of performance. Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality policies. Work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure effective communication and reporting. Monitor progress against the construction programme and implement corrective actions when required. Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments (€10M+). Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and drive performance across teams. Excellent understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and sequencing. Solid knowledge of health & safety management and quality control procedures. Relevant construction qualification (degree, diploma, or trade background). Strong reporting and organisational skills with a focus on delivering results. Full Irish Driving Licence Whats on Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
