Health and Safety Manager A Health and Safety Manager is required for an established contractor to work on civil engineering projects across Clare and Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining high health and safety standards on-site. The successful candidate will have a solid background in civil construction, be confident in implementing safety protocols, and be flexible regarding work locations. Duties: Monitor health and safety compliance across sites as the appointed Health and Safety Manager. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Liaise with site teams, contractors, and local authorities regarding safety matters. Attend site and project meetings to provide safety input. Maintain safety records and prepare reports as required. Ensure safe work practices are followed by all personnel. Participate in head office safety meetings and provide updates Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in civil engineering or groundworks projects. NEBOSH/IOSH Diploma or equivalent health & safety qualification. Knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices in construction. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in Ireland. Flexible and willing to travel across Clare, Dublin, and other local authority sites. Strong communication and organisational skills. Eligible to work in Ireland. Full driving license.
