Overview of Role
As a Program Delivery Manager at Fenergo, you will be at the heart of our clients’ success, leading the delivery of complex, high-value implementations for the world’s leading financial institutions. This is a critical, client-facing role where you will own the end-to-end delivery of a program, from planning and commercial governance through to a successful go-live.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced delivery leader who thrives on navigating complexity, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering tangible business outcomes for our clients. You will have the platform to manage strategic implementations, build deep client relationships, and play a vital role in a fast-growing, world-class delivery organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of key client implementations or complex workstreams within a larger program, ensuring a successful outcome that aligns with the client's business case.
- Own and manage the commercial and financial governance of your program, including the Statement of Work (SOW), change control, budget, and forecasting.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, leading program governance forums and ensuring clear, consistent communication on status, risks, and progress.
- Lead a dedicated, cross-functional delivery team—including technical, functional, and advisory experts—fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability to achieve program goals.
- Apply Fenergo’s global delivery methodology with rigour and consistency, ensuring your implementation adheres to best practices and quality standards.
- Proactively manage all program risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear, data-driven reporting and transparently managing escalations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our global delivery function by providing structured feedback and sharing learnings from your delivery engagements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with direct, hands-on experience managing program budgets, change requests, and the commercial components of a Statement of Work (SOW).
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and lead governance discussions with senior client contacts.
- Deep expertise in modern delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid) and the ability to apply them effectively to ensure predictable delivery execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to achieve a common goal.
- A formal project or program management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, or other financial crime compliance technology platforms.
- Experience delivering projects that involve significant data migration and complex systems integration.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
