IT Project Manager – Client Facing

We’re partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a Client Facing Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI and data driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the end to end delivery of AI & Data projects

- Act as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams

- • Translate business objectives into actionable technical plans and ensure successful implementation
• Manage delivery using Agile methodology
• Define project success metrics, track outcomes and ensure that tangible business value is achieved
• Influence priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify opportunities within client organisations

About You:

- Proven experience managing technical projects in data analytics or AI

- Strong background in stakeholder and client engagement across technical and business domains

- Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or MS Project

- Skilled in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks

- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical topics

- Self-starter who is organised, adaptable and comfortable leading in dynamic settings

- Prior experience in consulting/client facing role

- Familiarity with AI/Analytics projects

- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum
