Job Opportunity Oracle Cloud HCM A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to take on a key role in leading the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions within one of Irelands most high-profile and complex organisations. This is a contract role within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment, offering the chance to work on transformative projects that impact thousands of employees across multiple business divisions. About the Role As Programme Manager, you will be part of the Solution Delivery team, responsible for delivering cutting-edge HR technology solutions across a multifaceted enterprise. This role requires a seasoned professional with a track record of successfully managing large-scale technology programmes, particularly within the Oracle ecosystem. You will lead integrated project teams composed of internal business and technology stakeholders, as well as external vendors, ensuring the seamless execution of programmes that enhance workforce management and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Programme Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, manage dependencies, and drive execution from initiation through to post-implementation. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for senior HR and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective communication throughout the programme lifecycle. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing innovative solutions to keep the project on track. Budget & Resourcing: Ensure appropriate resource allocation and budget management to deliver programme objectives within agreed KPIs. Governance & Compliance: Implement best-practice governance frameworks and reporting structures to ensure programme success. Change Management: Lead adoption and change initiatives to ensure successful integration of Oracle HCM within the organisation. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years experience in technology project environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions within large, complex organisations. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership. Experience leading multi-functional teams, including both internal and supplier resources. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Structured project management expertise, with proficiency in MS Project and Azure DevOps. Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery frameworks. Relevant qualifications such as PMP, IPMA (Level C or higher), or equivalent. Why Join Us?
