Kitchen Porter - Cork Salary: €13.50 per hour Monday To Friday - day Time No evening - No weekend Living in Ireland and have the right to work full-time in ROI The Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the kitchen. This position involves maintaining hygiene standards, cleaning kitchen equipment and facilities, and assisting the culinary team with basic support tasks. It's a perfect role for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment. Key Duties: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and utensils to the highest hygiene standards. Wash pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery efficiently. Assist chefs with basic food preparation and deliveries when required. Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and work areas remain safe and organised. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen porter or similar role is an advantage but not essential. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and reliability with working hours. Living in Ireland and have the right to work full-time in ROI. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
