Overview

In culinary terms, our client's restaurant offers upscale gastronomy in a starred restaurant. This kitchen has received multiple awards and quickly established itself as one of the best in Ireland. They're determined to recruit an excellent sous and so have put together a strong package and tasked us with the recruitment.

You need to have a strong background in gourmet gastronomy to succeed here - think of 15 points in the Gault & Millau or 2 AA Rosettes and above. Your creativity will inspire our guests each time anew, and you'll bring new creative ideas and influences with you.

You are ready to exceed our clients’ expectations by showing passion, flexibility, and dedication in order to reaffirm this restaurant's position as one of the best kitchens on the island of Ireland.

Additionally, you are an enthusiastic trainer and are eager to share your knowledge with your team members.

Profile / Qualifications

- Experience in a similar or the same position in the fine dining industry for several years
- A passion for modern and creative culinary dining
- or GM or AA Rosette experience
- Very good knowledge of raw materials
- Organizational talent
- You are respectable and loyal to your colleagues, supervisors, and employees
- Are committed to seasonal dining
- The ability to remain flexible, enthusiastic, and responsible
