Chubb Fire & Security, a globally recognised leader in fire and security solutions, is currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our team in Leinster. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales across our full portfolio of fire protection systems and services in the business-to-business market.
We are especially interested in Fire Engineers ready to transition into a sales-focused role.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our Fire Install and Service solutions to new and existing commercial customers, including SMEs, residential developers, and large corporations.
- Build and manage strong relationships with Architects, M&E Contractors, and Main Contractors through calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Achieve or exceed targets related to installations, recurring revenue, margin growth, quotations, and sales activity.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Background in fire systems/products is highly desirable; other technical sales experience in a related industry will be considered.
- Ideally experience account management and new business generation.
- Technical, solution-based sales approach with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and legislation.
- Excellent territory management and sales planning skills.
- Full Driving Licence

- Up to €60k base salary, with uncapped OTE of €100k+
