Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service for every sale, no matter the size. Take time to understand customer needs, inspire ideas, and recommend stylish, functional solutions with genuine enthusiasm. Drive sales by promoting the full product range, meeting or exceeding individual targets, and contributing to overall team success. Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate, including promoting own-brand and complementary products. Prepare accurate quotations aligned with customer budgets and company pricing guidelines. up on quotations and customer enquiries in a timely and proactive manner. Monitor orders and deliveries, keeping customers informed and resolving any issues with ownership and care. Support the day-to-day operations of the showroom, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
