Job Title: Foreman Residential Development Location: Cherrywood, Dublin Project: 140-Unit Residential Scheme Salary: Competitive, DOE We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join a respected main contractor on a landmark 140-unit residential development in Cherrywood, Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role on a large-scale housing project with a well-established contractor known for delivering quality residential schemes across Ireland. The successful candidate will be joining a contractor with decades of experience in the Irish construction sector. With a strong reputation for delivering high-density residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, the company is known for its consistent quality, innovative approach, and collaborative project delivery. Their portfolio includes some of the countrys most recognisable large-scale developments, completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, on programme, and to specification. Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality workmanship. Monitor progress, resolve issues on site, and report to site and contracts management. Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications accurately. Enforce health & safety regulations and maintain clean, safe working conditions on site. Liaise with suppliers and assist in planning/procurement of materials. Candidate Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Foreman role on residential projects. Strong knowledge of all trades within residential construction. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. Ability to take ownership of works and drive quality and productivity. Trade or construction-related qualification is an advantage. Eligible to work in Ireland and hold a full, clean drivers licence. Whats on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
