We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent client service. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong trade background who can both manage and work on the tools. You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all site activities. Work on the tools as required, setting the standard for quality. Manage subcontractors and direct staff on-site. Ensure health & safety compliance at all times. Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers. Monitor progress, quality, and schedules. Solve on-site issues quickly and effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a Working Foreman in residential or commercial construction. Strong trade background (carpentry, bricklaying, or similar). Ability to lead by example on the tools. Solid knowledge of construction methods and health & safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Full driving licence required.
