F&B Operations Manager for landmark Cork hotel This distinguished Cork four-star hotel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all F&B operations from restaurant to bar, banqueting to room service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape guest experiences, lead a talented team and play a key role in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies and promotions to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction. Monitor market trends and maintain high operational standards across all outlets. Manage budgets, control costs and drive departmental profitability. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing F&B team. Partner with HR to recruit and onboard top talent. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, HACCP and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the Head Chef, Sales & Marketing and other departments to enhance the guest offering. Maintain all outlets and equipment in line with health, safety and licensing regulations. Act as Duty Manager when required. Candidate Profile: Proven F&B management experience within a hotel or similar hospitality environment. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Commercially astute with excellent financial and cost-control capabilities. In-depth understanding of guest service standards and current F&B trends. Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communicator and problem-solver.
