Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for customer networks
- Work with core Juniper platforms: MX, EX, and QFX
- Troubleshoot network issues and escalate where required
- Liaise directly with customers and occasionally travel to site (license required)
- Gain exposure to project delivery as part of your career progression
- Work full-time from the Dublin office in a collaborative, technical environment

Requirements:

- JNCIA certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- A valid driver’s license for occasional customer site visits
- Good understanding of Juniper routing and switching platforms
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
