The role of a Deputy Manager at Hyde & Seek includes: -To assist the Crche Manager in providing leadership and management within the crche. -To help in delivering the highest standards of care and education while adhering to Hyde & Seek Childcares policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with the Childcare Regulations 2016, all Health and Safety legislation, Solta Standards, Aistear framework, and requirements as laid down by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs and Tulsa Child and Family Agency at all times. In the absence of the Crche Manager, the Deputy Manager will undertake the overall day-to-day management of the crche.
