Nights Duty Manager - Absolute Hotel Limerick The Absolute Hotel are recruiting a Part-TimeNights Duty Manager. The Absolute HotelNights Duty Manager will oversee the running of key functions in the hotel and provides leadership and support to the Front Office Department while enforcing the Hotels Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised. Key roles & responsibilities: The key responsibility of this role is to ensure we consistently deliver the highest standard of customer care to all of our guests. Additional duties include: To oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel To ensure that the agreed standards are met on a consistent basis. To promote good working relations between all departments To work in conjunction with Heads of Department to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the departments To Provide quality overnight service to all our guests Night cleaning Hotel security Hotel reception duties including answering guest requests and telephone enquiries. Assisting in all other areas of the Hotel as required The ideal candidate for this position would possess: We are looking for someone who is flexible, dedicated, and hardworking with the capability of carrying out all duties to a consistently high standard. Minimum of one years experience in a similar role (preferred) Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Standards driven and detail orientated. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment. Fluency in English.
