Customer Relations Specialist

As a Customer Relations Specialist you will:

- Verify all information related to orders is accurate; identify and correct discrepancies.
- Complete all documentation in an accurate and efficient manner and process information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Provide customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints/questions.
- Complete and process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
- Communicate with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate files and processes in order to maximize productivity.
- Perform clerical support for store staff as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualities and skills we are looking for:

- Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Basic numerical reasoning skills.
- Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat, and efficient manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills

Physical Demands:

- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous clerical experience preferred
