My client is looking for a talented individual to be their Associate Director, leading a team in civil and environmental design, ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Furthermore, driving business growth through identifying opportunities, while guiding and developing staff. Finally, managing project lifecycles, from planning and design to compliance, coordination, and client communication.

Our client is a leading consultancy in Ireland, specialising in civil infrastructure, dedicated to paving the way for a sustainable future through innovative solutions.

What you will need:

- Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field with Chartered Engineer status
- Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in design and project management
- Multi-disciplinary design management experience
- Engagement with clients, stakeholders, and sub-consultants
- Business development and budget management experience
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Full driver's license
