As their operations continue to grow, theyre looking to welcome an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist into their close-knit finance team.

The Role Youll play a key role in managing the full accounts payable function making sure everything from invoice processing to reconciliations runs like clockwork.
Youll also help support month-end and audit activities, using an ERP system (no worries if you havent used one before full training is available).
This role goes beyond the numbers, its about relationships too.
Youll be a trusted point of contact for both internal colleagues and external suppliers, helping ensure things run smoothly across the board.
Key Responsibilities Process, code, and match purchase invoices Manage approval workflows and follow up where needed Carry out supplier reconciliations and schedule payment runs Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with clarity and professionalism Reconcile company credit card statements Support with monthly reporting and audit preparation Suggest improvements to existing processes and help implement efficiencies What Youll Need Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role A good grasp of bookkeeping fundamentals Confidence using Excel and other MS Office applications Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset Clear and professional communication skills ERP experience is a plus, but not essential Why This Role?
