About the role: The LPG Bulk Sales Representative will take ownership of sales performance and growth within their assigned geographical area (Wicklow, Wexford, Kilkenny and Carlow). This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring a high level of service delivery that aligns with Flogas values and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Growth Take full ownership of sales targets for Flogas bulk LPG products within the assigned region. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to expand market share. Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship management. Customer Relationship Management Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, resolve issues, and promote additional products or services where appropriate. Provide accurate quotations, product information, and support throughout the customer journey. Territory Management & Administration Maintain detailed records of customer activity, sales performance, and market insights using company systems. Ensure all aspects of asset recovery, account management, and cash collection are completed efficiently and accurately. Manage territory administration in line with company policies and standards. Market & Competitor Awareness Monitor local market conditions, customer trends, and competitor activity. Provide regular updates and strategic feedback to the Sales Manager to inform business planning. Collaboration & Flexibility Work closely with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Be flexible and prepared to undertake other duties as may be assigned by the organisation, including supporting subsidiary companies when required. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise multiple accounts. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
