Sales and Customer Service Administrator

Here at Osborne, we have a very exciting new opportunity We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client, one of Ireland’s leading tour providers based in Kildare.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills and will be natural problem solver.
This role is based fully onsite in their office.

Package:


Salary – DOE
Free parking onsite
Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm


Responsibilities:


Handling inbound and outbound bookings and queries for new and existing clients
Updating the booking systems with relevant information
Communication with other teams and clients
Proactively finding solutions for any client or event issues
Providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple areas, including correspondence, data entry, and record keeping
Assisting in coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings as needed
Utilizing office software to create, edit, and manage documents
Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Managing files, documents, and records efficiently and systematically
Contributing to the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Participating in team meetings and fostering open communication
Undertaking various administrative tasks as required, such as event coordination, travel arrangements, and more
Demonstrating adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges


Requirements:


2 years of experience in an administrative role is ESSENTIAL
Experience in travel or events is desirable
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in office software and communication tools
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Enthusiasm for working in a broad administrative capacity
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
