Part-time Pensions Administrator

At Osborne, we are hiring an experienced Pensions Administrator on a part-time basis for our client, a well-established financial consultancy based in Kildare.
This role is fully onsite, part-time and the ideal candidate will be QFA Qualified.
 
Package:


Salary: UP TO €38,000 Pro-rata, DOE
Working days – 5 mornings OR 3 full days (20-25hours per week)
Pension contribution AFTER 1 years’ service


Responsibilities:


Managing the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, including processing contributions, updating member records, and handling benefit calculations
Ensuring the scheme operates in accordance with relevant regulations and legislation
Acting as a point of contact for scheme members, employers, and financial advisors, providing information and support
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of scheme members and their benefits
Preparing regular reports for trustees, employers, and other stakeholders
Effectively communicating with all parties involved in the scheme, including members, employers, and regulators
Assisting with the setup of new pension schemes and the annual renewal process
Assisting in other ad hoc duties


Requirements:


Candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Candidates MUST BE QFA Qualified
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Maintain relationships with clients and financial institutions
Excellent attention to detail
