This role is a permanent role, so job security is guaranteed There is a large scope for further projects after current project completion. There is a vast amount of work in the pipeline, so no need to worry about work drying up

You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the MEP Department Strategy Plan in support of the business unit's objectives. You will be expected to ensure that all sectors of the MEP team are running smoothly and maintaining a good level of contact to supply key players with timely updates.

The successful candidate will have between 10-15 years' experience in leading the MEP management of large-scale projects in the Pharmaceutical & Semi-Conductor sector. Our client is looking for someone who can motivate and drive the MEP team forward.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Higher Diploma or Degree in Technical or Construction related subject (Desirable)
- Achieved chartership (Desirable)
- Good understanding of the MEP supply chain and dynamics of which the company operates
- Previous involvement in all phases of large-scale projects from estimating, pre-construction, installation, commissioning, demonstration, and handover
- Extremely strong communication skills
- Extensive knowledge in current MEP regulations and standards
