We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, who are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Finance Department. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious professional services team, lead strategic growth initiatives, and contribute to the firm’s business development objectives.

The Role

- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for the Finance Department

- Work closely with senior executives to identify growth opportunities and build client relationships

- Lead campaigns, initiatives, and events to raise the profile of the department

- Analyse market trends, prepare reports, and identify areas for business growth

- Manage and mentor a small business development team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client-facing initiatives

The Person

- Degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent professional experience

- At least five years’ experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment

- Experience partnering with senior executives

- Previous experience in a managerial role
