Position Summary: Pfizer Corporate Treasury is seeking a recently qualified finance graduate or junior professional to join its industry-leading Treasury team based in Dublin. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to start a career in Corporate Treasury or to build upon foundational experience. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for money market, FX, and derivative deal settlements, collateral management, custody instructions, reconciliations, monthly intercompany netting, hedging processes, and project support within Treasury Operations. Additionally, the role involves supporting other finance responsibilities to ensure smooth treasury operations.

This is a hybrid role (2-3 days per week in the office) at Pfizer's Dublin Treasury Centre (DTC) in the Watermarque Building, Dublin 4. The Dublin treasury group, comprising approximately 18 members, provides comprehensive corporate treasury and in-house banking services to Pfizer affiliates globally. The Treasury Operations team interacts with a broad range of external (banks, custodians) and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

Finance:

- Managing accounts payable and vendor relations, including creating purchase orders and processing invoices
- Maintaining LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) registrations
- Setting up and maintaining static data in Quantum treasury management system
- Overseeing regulatory reporting
- Managing intercompany loan and deposit documentation

Treasury Operations:

- Reconciliation of nostro accounts daily, liaising with counterparties to resolve discrepancies
- Preparing end-of-day reports
- Daily reporting and reconciliation under EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation)
- Ensuring timely settlement of securities trades

Other Responsibilities:

- Managing documentation
- Handling office supplies
- Supporting ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

- Minimum 2.1 honours degree in business, finance, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar environment is a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in data analytics is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Interest in financial markets

Work Location: Hybrid
