We are seeking a highly creative and strategicMarketing Campaign & Content Manager to take ownership of our brand storytelling. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing content creation, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (including ads), and driving brand awareness and sales through compelling visual and written creatives. You will lead our in-house team of content creators and serve as the confident creative face on camera when needed. Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and collaborate closely with our in-house content creators. Strategise and plan marketing campaigns across digital, social, and events. Create and manage adsconceptualization through execution across platforms. Develop creative content (videos, images, graphics) using Canva and other tools. Act as on-camera talent or creative lead when content demands it. Drive brand awareness and sales via social media and event presence. Attend and represent the company at expos and industry events. Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies to meet objectives. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in content creation, campaign planning, and ad management. Proficiency with Canva, photo/video editing tools, graphic design basics. Creative mindset with confidence speaking on camera or leading content shoots. Strong leadership and team management skills.
