Our client is seeking a BIM Coordinator with strong Revit skills to join their Dublin-based team.The successful candidate will have the ability to take mark-ups from engineers and model them accurately in Revit, contributing across multiple disciplines. Requirements: Degree (BEng) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential). 23 years post-graduate experience within building services / M&E consultancy. 23 years hands-on Revit experience and ability to work independently without heavy supervision. Strong understanding of M&E building services across HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Based in Ireland, with full eligibility to work. Key Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate 3D Revit models based on engineers mark-ups. Ensure designs are accurate, clash-free, and compliant with building codes and industry standards. Collaborate closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to tight deadlines. Produce high-quality drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Support the team in project delivery across a variety of commercial, residential, and specialist projects.
