Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Professional Services Delivery, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Deal Desk, Legal, and executives) to develop and deliver comprehensive proposals tailored to client objectives
Identify, qualify, and pursue professional services opportunities within existing and new large enterprise accounts
Partner closely with EMEA sales teams and contribute to improving the value selling strategy
Engage stakeholders at multiple levels, establishing trust-based, strategic relationships to deeply understand client business challenges and position Udemy's professional services solutions as essential to their long-term success
Create and execute strategic territory and account-specific plans to consistently meet and exceed professional services sales targets
Lead end-to-end negotiations, manage complex contracting processes, and secure agreements efficiently and accurately
Continuously gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback, sharing findings proactively with the broader team to enhance strategic positioning and value
What you’ll have
Minimum of 9+ years experience successfully selling complex professional services engagements, consulting solutions, or similar B2B enterprise-level services
Demonstrated track record in managing sophisticated sales cycles and consistently exceeding professional services revenue targets
Proven success in solution selling, crafting customized engagements, and securing 6-figure+ professional services contracts
Strong business acumen and strategic territory management skills, ensuring sustainable client relationships and repeat business
