Job Title: Duty Manager Location: West Cork (Hotel / Restaurant) Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Reports To: General Manager / Senior Management Team About the Role: The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented Duty Manager to join their team in West Cork. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across food & beverage, front of house, and guest services. The Duty Manager will ensure smooth running of service, support staff on shift, and maintain the high standards of hospitality for which the business is well known. Support and supervise staff across bar, restaurant, and front of house operations. Take ownership of shift management, including opening/closing procedures. Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and service standards. Act as the senior point of contact during shifts, liaising with management as required. Assist with training and motivating team members to deliver consistently high standards. Key Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within hospitality (hotel or restaurant background desirable). Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach. Excellent communication and people management abilities. A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends. Based locally in Co. Cork or open to relocation. Skills: Team Managemenr/ Organisation/ Time management
