The Infrastructure Support Analyst primary purpose, is to manage escalated IT calls in

relation to incidents and service requests. This role involves providing technical

support on several different technologies, troubleshooting hardware, software, and

network issues and working with third parties on more complex problems. You will

ensure timely and effective responses to user inquiries, contributing to the smooth

operation of IT systems and delivering excellent customer service.

Main skills required are Windows Server/Desktop, O365, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware and come networking skills ideal.

35 hour working week, 28 days holidays, Hybrid work model. You must hold a valid working visa or EU passport. Please contact [email protected] for full details.
