About the Team
HiredScore is the newest addition to the Workday family HiredScore provides deeply integrated AI solutions to F500 recruiting, sourcing, DE&I, and talent management teams. We focus on supercharging our clients' existing tech stack rather than adding or replacing. Core AI products include compliant and bias-free candidate scoring for active applicants and automated sourcing of passive candidates from existing ATS, CRM, HCM, VMS, and other internal systems.

About the Role
- Lead a developers team, overseeing all aspects of team building, including hiring, training, mentorship, and professional development.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to optimize performance, facilitate career growth, and support personal development.
- Drive the activities of application development scrum teams delivering innovative features for customers in key markets outside the United States.
- Co-ordinate the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and improvement of high-quality Workday product(s).
- Actively contribute to development by performing hands-on tasks such as customization and configuration.
- Engage with Development, Product, QA, Automation, Research/UX, Agility, Doc-writing, and Customer Support colleagues to identify and solve customer issues in innovative ways.
- Understand and promote industry-standard methodologies.
- Personify and promote the Workday values of Employees, Customer Service, Innovation, Integrity, Fun, and Profitability.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a similar role, managing global teams in a delivery-focused environment.
- 6+ years of experience with design and development in Python.
- 3+ years of experience developing applications using Cloud-based technologies.
- Experience with leading global groups and team leads in a software development context.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting team members' career growth and development.
Other Qualifications:
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements in a development setting.
- Experience working in a delivery organization, with a focus on building solutions for corporate clients within predefined timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to present strategic initiatives to senior leadership effectively.
- Process-focused mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure and adaptable to ongoing changes in project scope and direction.
- Experience in ERP application development is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
