Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working exclusively with a scaling Irish business based in Monaghan to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager to undertake a broad role to include group reporting, external financial statements, and board-level insights across a growing, multi-entity business. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Financial Reporting Manger will be accountable for the development and management of the Finance function. The Role: Management and supervision of the month end close processes In depth analysis and reporting of KPI's vs forecast. Development of automated reporting using Power BI and Power Query Developing and continually improving financial processes and systems development. Consolidate data from finance and operational systems to ensure consistent reporting Management and oversight of the finance team. Preparation of financial statements Supporting the external audit process Implementing and upholding internal controls and governance The Person: Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) At least 5 years' experience within industry Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance professionals.. Ability to work to deadlines within a fast paced and challenging environment.
