Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing quotations and competitive pricing.
2. Support the sales team by ensuring data accuracy in orders and records.
3. Communicate with clients to gather information and respond to queries.
4. Use Azyra systems to manage customer data and sales processes.
5. Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
6. Stay informed on industry trends and provide internal feedback.
Requirements:
1. Sales-driven with a commercial mindset.
2. Strong numerical, communication, and organisational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
4. Eager to learn pricing, quotations, and rate structures (training provided).
5. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. A background in logistics or transport is beneficial but not required.
7. A second European language is an advantage.
