Requirements: Must have 3+ yearsrelevant experience in an accounts environment with a solid understanding of bookkeeping and the AP process. Previous experience of SAGE 50 essential. Previous experience of construction, although not essential, may be advantageous. Experience of multi-currently and inter-company transactions. Fluent in English both written and spoken. Ability to work to agreed deadlines and be flexible in approach. Excellent numeracy and communication skills Self-motivated and able to work well in a busy team environment. Good IT skillsMS office and company systems. Good Excel skills are essential. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Purchases & Payables Purchase invoice processing / Match POs to invoices. Produce BACS payment files weekly & monthly. Reconcile creditors statements monthly. Run monthly Aged Creditors Prepare Monthly Supplier Payment Forecast. Credit / Expense Card Input & Reconciliation. Post RCT to ROS weekly & monthly and reconcile. Monthly Intrastat returns. Post Customs Duty Journals monthly and maintain documentation. Set up new Suppliers/Customers as required. Assist/prepare VAT returns. Admin & AR Accounts filing and archiving. Monitor emails for the accounts team.
