Job Description

AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a Part Time Finance Manager on behalf of our client, an established company within the logistics sector. This is a permanent part time opportunity based in Co. Kildare. The role will be for 3 days a week onsite.

Role:

- This position will report into the Director of Finance

- Key leadership role where you will take full ownership of the financial reporting cycle, support strategic decision-making, and manage a small finance team.

- Deliver monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and financial insights.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts.

- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.

- Oversee payroll and ensure timely Revenue and CSO submissions.

- Lead the annual audit and maintain financial integrity.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

- 3–5 years’ experience in a finance leadership role, ideally in logistics or a similar operational type environment.

- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Xero is a plus

- A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a commercial mindset
