Location: Mullingar; Part-time (3 days per week).
The Role
As EHS Advisor, you will:
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Irish health & safety legislation and industry standards.
Develop and deliver EHS training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for audits and regulatory purposes.
Partner with management to embed a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
About You
3–5 years' experience in an EHS role, ideally within medical, pharma, healthcare, or laboratory environments.
Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation (HSA) and relevant healthcare standards.
NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) required; ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 exposure an advantage.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage staff at all levels.
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity.
