This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected clinical team and deliver exceptional care within a dynamic surgical ward environment. Requirements: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience in a surgical ward setting in Ireland, the UK or EU (essential) Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Eligibility to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 or EU citizenship required) sponsorship is not available Your Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients before and after surgical procedures Monitor patient progress, manage post-operative care and promptly respond to changes in condition Administer medications, manage IV lines and assist with wound care Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital policies Adhere to infection prevention, clinical safety and best practice standards at all times Why Apply?
