Job Description

- Process and verify incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.

- Handle payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers.

- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.

- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems as needed.

- Assist with month-end closing processes and reports.

- Work with with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment issues.

- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

- Contribute to process improvements within the Accounts Payable function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- A collaborative mindset to work well within a team environment.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
