The Role:

We're looking for a commercially minded and people-focused Store Manager to lead this dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer service, and keep the tills ringing and stock turning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train and inspire a small, passionate team to deliver standout customer experiences
- Take full ownership of daily store operations – visual merchandising, stock management, rotas, health & safety
- Drive sales and achieve performance targets through hands-on leadership and commercial awareness
- Create a welcoming, knowledgeable space for food lovers of all levels
- Liaise with the owner to plan store activities, promotions, and seasonal events
- Champion a warm, community-based retail environment with excellent customer service at its core

Who You Are:

- An experienced store manager (2+ years) from a fast-paced retail background
- Obsessed with food, cooking, or simply good kitchen kit
- Energetic, friendly, and confident with customers of all ages and experience levels
- Strong on operations, stock management, visual merchandising, and leading by example
- Flexible and hands-on – no job too big, small, or unusual
