We’re on the hunt for a Head of IT who’s not just technically brilliant but who can lead, inspire, and deliver real impact across the organisation. You’ll be at the helm of a skilled team of 10+ professionals, driving IT excellence across infrastructure, ERP, WMS, security, strategy, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

- Lead and grow a multifunctional IT department, aligning services with the company’s strategic goals.
- Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, analysts, and team leads.
- Own the integration and seamless performance of core systems – ERP, WMS, Website – ensuring customers’ policies and claims flow smoothly.
- Be the go-to for senior management, translating tech talk into actionable business solutions.
- Set and execute a modern IT strategy with a sharp focus on innovation, security, scalability, and governance.
- Own IT budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Deliver mission-critical projects across infrastructure, automation, and digital transformation.
- Future-proof the business with top-tier security, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

Qualifications

- 10+ years in IT (7+ in leadership), ideally in insurance or financial services.
- A sharp mind for strategic thinking and flawless operational execution.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams and enterprise-scale IT operations.
- A track record of successful ERP and WMS implementations in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of cyber security, data protection, and INFOSEC best practices.
- Masterful project management skills – ITIL, PMP, PRINCE II or similar.
- A natural communicator with elite stakeholder management skills.
