Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategic hiring plans that align with business objectives.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the recruitment process.
- International Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and other recruiters across various European MathWorks locations, offering you invaluable international exposure and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

- Prior experience recruiting in agency or in-house/corporate environments is required.
- Strong sourcing skills, with an ability to effectively network within a professional community. Experience sourcing and hiring sales professionals is preferred.
- A passion for driving business growth through talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Comfortable sharing and conveying feedback to interview team members and hiring managers.
- Ability to proactively analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues.
- Ability to build relationships and partner with key stakeholders.
- A great sense of humour is required
