Brief description of the role:

Oversight of team of 4 admin staff who book appointments.

Role involves ensuring appointments are booked appropriately, clinics are managed that they are booked to capacity guidelines.

Assisting with booking appointments and inputting referrals as required

Auditing of all teams work

Completing time returns

Return of KPI data

Deputizing for service manager as required

Other duties will be assigned as appropriate
