Department: Finance
The Role: Associate, Supplier Relations Responsibilities:
Support in executing all aspects of sourcing/procurement operations related activities (supplier onboarding (TPRM), creating purchase orders, building and maintaining supplier relationships, RFPs, contract negotiations, service renewals, and monitoring quality and service).
Work cross-functionally as a strategic partner to Legal, Risk, and GRC functions to carry out procurement, sourcing, and supplier management activities.
Support daily ticket request lifecycle management and stakeholder outreach.
Assist in reviewing and commercially negotiating complex or large-scale agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and external clients; partnering with Legal and stakeholders for contract review.
Support all Gemini-related entities globally, leveraging synergy and economies of scale when possible.
Anticipate future business needs and work to mitigate exposure through negotiations.
Support budgeting, development/validation of business cases, and establishing ROI frameworks.
Provide training and education on the Sourcing process as needed.
Prioritize initiatives and deadlines with limited oversight.
Conduct Spend Analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and growth; track progress.
Participate in or lead special projects such as supplier base assessment, cost reduction initiatives, and audits.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of sourcing, procurement, or supplier/contract management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge of sourcing, procurement operations, and supplier/contract management.
Effective stakeholder relationship management skills.
Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and responsibilities.
Experience in commercial and contract negotiations, including review and redlining.
