Wedding & Events Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Wedding & Events Executive for our client. We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and driven individual who can develop excellent relationships with clients. This position is suitable for someone looking to advance their career in meeting & events or a hotel front office professional seeking better work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Responding promptly to Wedding & Events inquiries and following up efficiently.
2. Communicating effectively with all related departments regarding the Wedding & Events functions within the property.
3. Following up with guests and managing areas to enhance the guest experience.
4. Supporting the Sales team by following up on leads to maximize revenue.
5. Having a proven track record in a similar role within a busy property.
6. Being driven and ambitious to consistently deliver results.
7. Possessing forward-thinking, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
8. Previous experience using Opera is preferred.
